Add 1esdr (Ezra) responsory, composed from 1 Esdr 8:21-23

No liturgical precedent exists for this book; the verse's antithesis
("the hand of our God is upon all them that seek him in goodness: and
his power and strength, and wrath upon all them that forsake him") is
reordered so the hopeful clause repeats after the V., not the wrath
clause. Closes the per-book pool at 68/72 -- the last 4 have no
sourceable material at all.
