Fix duplicate flex mark in Lauds Psalm 148 v.1

The English text had a static ‡ baked in, colliding with the
dynamically-computed flex mark on Tuesday/Thursday Lauds when the
Laudate antiphon's incipit matches the first four words of verse 1.
