Add ruth -- composed with no liturgical precedent at all

User-directed: compose Ruth's own responsory from Ruth 1:16-17 ("thy
people shall be my people, and thy God my God") on the verse's own
merit. Unlike deut/rom/bar, this text has no liturgical precedent
anywhere in the reference source (no Nuptial Mass file even exists
there) -- flagged that distinction before proceeding; user confirmed
explicitly.

Since data/scripture/ruth-1.yml (the usual bulk import) carries no
accents, the Latin was hand-accented rather than transcribed, but
cross-checked word-by-word against already-accented occurrences of
the same words elsewhere in the corpus rather than guessed freehand.

66 of 72 bible-plan books now seeded. npm test (2029 passed) and
tsc --noEmit pass; live-verified through getBiblePlanReadings.
Canonical-key audit re-run, clean.
