Author St. Scholastica's proper Matins psalmody

Her psalm numbers and all three nocturn versicles match Common-of-a- Virgin(-Martyr) exactly, but her page is headed "ex Proprio Sanctorum" and her antiphons genuinely narrate her own rainstorm-miracle episode -- real proper content, not Common text, so she gets her own saint-level file rather than being left to the Common fallback.
