Add traditional book incipits for scripture reading labels
Maps every book abbreviation under src/data/scripture to its bilingual liturgical incipit (e.g. "Léctio libri Sapiéntiæ" / "A reading from the book of Wisdom"), sourced from the reference engine's own headers where available. English uses "Saint Paul"/"Saint James"/etc. rather than "blessed" per common modern usage; Latin keeps the traditional "beáti".
