Marked draft so it doesn't render live yet -- this site has no
books layout/section wired up. For now this is just the canonical,
git-reviewable source for the book's title/author/cover/logline,
read by reground-tools/arc-campaign.sh --from-file to populate the
bookshop giveaway campaign, instead of typing that metadata inline
on the command line.

bookshop_base_url param wires up the same shop.thistleandmoth.org
bookshop instance reground-infrastructure just provisioned
(giveaway-only for now, no Stripe account). Both pages are stubs --
Contributors has no content yet, and Free Book's link/title/code get
filled in once the real epub is uploaded and its ARC campaign created
(see reground-tools' arc-campaign.sh). The ARC redemption page itself
is fully self-hosted by the bookshop service, so no checkout/Stripe.js
template work is needed here for the giveaway to work.

Fleet-wide change: CI now builds the site in an isolated container and
pushes output via rsync to a forced-command SSH key restricted (via
rrsync) to this site's own docroot only, instead of relying on the
shared Actions runner's blanket /var/www/** bind-mount capability. See
the static-site-deploy Ansible role in reground-infrastructure.

Replaces the inherited oxblood/brass palette (leftover from scaffolding
off michaelferrara-site) with the actual Thistle & Moth scheme: an
emerald banner with ivory text, cobalt for links/accents, parchment/ink
for the reading surface, and gold/thistle as sparing ornamental accents.
Adds a dark-mode variant (prefers-color-scheme) — the same page read by
lamplight rather than daylight. Fonts unchanged (EB Garamond/Source
Serif 4/Inter were already right).

Mirrors twosquirrelspress-site's submissions form and
michaelferrara-site's gift/course-enroll pattern. Gift page content,
cover art, and the download file are stubs until the real
reader-magnet is ready.
