Converts all ~369 non-blank rows of the user's own scripture-reading plan TSV into data/hours/bible-plan/*.yml, mapping each row's day label to this app's (temporalId, weekday) or Dec25-Jan13 calendarDate scheme. Fixes a few source TSV typos in the process (chapter-range and trailing-colon citations); status stays explicitly `missing` pending the separate Vulgate/Douay-Rheims import.
