resolveReading() in bible-plan.ts preferred each YAML row's hardcoded
status: { la: missing, en: missing } over computing status from the
actually-resolved text. That field was accurate before the Vulgate/
Douay-Rheims bulk import but was never cleared once real text landed,
so every Matins bible-plan reading kept showing as untranslated
regardless. Strip the stale field from all 368 files so status falls
through to the real compute-from-resolved-text path.
Also alias book abbreviations in scripture/index.ts's lookup: the
bulk-imported store uses Vulgate-numbering codes (sap, jac, joan,
1reg..4reg, 1par/2par, 1esdr/2esdr, ...) matching octave-readings.ts's
existing convention, while bible-plan.ts's TSV import used common
English abbreviations (kgs, sam, chr, john, jas, luke, mark, ...) for
the ~30 books where the two conventions diverge. Alias at the lookup
layer so citations keep their familiar English display form.

Combines it with the existing John 21 reading on Saturday. Also brings
the plan back in line with matins.ts's own documented invariant that
the user's reading plan never assigns a Gospel reading on a Sunday.

Converts all ~369 non-blank rows of the user's own scripture-reading
plan TSV into data/hours/bible-plan/*.yml, mapping each row's day label
to this app's (temporalId, weekday) or Dec25-Jan13 calendarDate scheme.
Fixes a few source TSV typos in the process (chapter-range and
trailing-colon citations); status stays explicitly `missing` pending the
separate Vulgate/Douay-Rheims import.

New ResolvedPart kinds (nocturn-psalmody, te-deum) and lesson fields
(nocturn, source, isGospel, responsory) in hours/types.ts. Three new
content-store modules: propers/bible-plan.ts (the user's own continuous
scripture-reading plan, replacing the historical Nocturn-1 lectionary),
propers/nocturn-readings.ts (general feast/temporal-day Nocturn 2-3
readings, extending propers/octave-readings.ts's combine-into-one-reading
pattern via a newly-exported resolvePassages), and
propers/matins-responsories.ts (a per-book responsory pool, matched
loosely rather than by exact citation).
Data: Sunday's fixed 12-psalm/3-canticle psalmody (live-verified against
the reference engine), the invitatory antiphon, ferial hymn and
capitulum, the Te Deum, a seeded Isaiah responsory, two live-transcribed
scripture chapters, and the two bible-plan rows needed for this pass'
proof content.
