Unicode ℣/℟ (U+2123/U+211F) were mixed unpredictably with plain V./R.
across ~550 proper YAML files, sometimes within the same file. Screen
readers can't announce the unicode glyphs. Replace all instances with
plain text.

Lauds/Vespers were falling back to a bare collect for her commemoration
since only the collect had been authored. Live-verified the antiphon
and versicle against the reference engine (Divino Afflatu - 1954,
1955-08-21, the nearest year her feast actually fell on a Sunday and
was commemorated rather than won).
