Same gap and fix as the Advent/Christmas and post-Epiphany sweeps, for
easter-octave, easter-3 through -6, and sunday-after-ascension. Also
fixes stray leading "v." verse-marker artifacts left over in three of
the existing English homily texts (easter-4/5/6), found while sourcing
the paired Gospel text alongside them.

Extends the post-Pentecost nocturn-readings sweep to the other 26 temporal
ids spanning the rest of the liturgical year — Advent, Christmastide,
post-Epiphany, Septuagesima through Lent, Passiontide/Holy Week, and
Eastertide — transcribed directly from the reference engine's own
per-season Tempora source files.
