Unicode ℣/℟ (U+2123/U+211F) were mixed unpredictably with plain V./R.
across ~550 proper YAML files, sometimes within the same file. Screen
readers can't announce the unicode glyphs. Replace all instances with
plain text.

Live-verified against Divinum Officium (Monastic Tridentinum 1617),
2026-08-06 (fixed date). Fully proper feast: own chapter (Phil 3:20-21),
own distinct responsory/hymn/versicle at each hour ("Amor Jesu
dulcíssime" Lauds, "Quicúmque Christum quǽritis" Vespers), with real
Alleluias baked into the responsories.
