Add St. Francis de Sales, St. Martina, St. John Bosco (Jan 29-31)

Per direct instruction to import all available sanctoral content
regardless of rubric-era markers: these three had real, complete Matins
content in the reference engine and were simply never added during the
earlier month-by-month sanctoral pulls (no exclusion comment, no
placeholder -- just never reached). First of a broader sweep across the
whole calendar.

New shared Common template: benedictus-antiphon-common-of-a-confessor.yml
(Commune/C5's own Ant 1) -- the first common-of-a-confessor saint that
needed one; st-alexius.yml (the only prior user of this category) had
used a Cistercian-specific alternate instead.

npm test (365 tests) and tsc --noEmit both pass.

# Read directly from the reference engine's own source data files:
# web/www/horas/Latin/Commune/C5.txt ("Commune Confessoris non
# pontificis") and its English counterpart — matches this project's own
# `common-of-a-confessor` category label (see collect-c5.yml's own
# header). First saint to need this Common's own Benedictus antiphon
# (st-alexius.yml, the only prior `common-of-a-confessor` saint, used a
# Cistercian-specific alternate for his minor hours instead and had no
# Benedictus antiphon recorded at all).

Let us pray.
O God, Who didst will that thy Blessed Confessor and Bishop Francis should become all
things to all men, mercifully grant unto us, that we being filled with the sweetness of
thy heavenly love, may so take to ourselves his admonitions and be succoured by his
prayers, that in the end we may with him attain unto thine everlasting joy.
Through Jesus Christ, thy Son our Lord, Who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity
of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end.

Let us pray.
O God, who didst raise up thy blessed Confessor John, to be a father and teacher of
youth, and didst will that through him, with the help of the Virgin Mary, new families
should flourish in the Church, grant we pray that enkindled with the same fire of
charity we may be strong to seek after souls and to serve thee alone.
Through Jesus Christ, thy Son our Lord, Who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity
of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end.
℟. Amen.
