Add Acts, Apocalypse, James, Hebrews, and the 4 Gospels to responsory pool

Surveyed Tempora precisely with an awk one-liner reading the line after
every [LectioN] tag (two lines deep for Gospel citations) rather than a
loose grep-for-book-prefix, which had already produced one false
positive this session.

Added act (Ascension Day's own Matins), marc (Easter Sunday's own),
heb (Good Friday's own Tenebrae), apoc (Easter III Sunday), jas
(Easter IV Sunday), and luc/matt/joan (Advent I/II/III Sundays, one
entry each). 41 of 72 bible-plan books now seeded.

Confirmed no English exists anywhere in the reference engine for
Galatians/Ephesians/Philippians/Colossians/Titus/Philemon or Romans --
real Latin exists, no bilingual source; left unseeded.

npm test (2025 passed) and tsc --noEmit pass; live-verified through
the real getBiblePlanReadings call chain (not a direct
getResponsoryForBook call, per the previous commit's lesson).
