Author Common-category commemoration antiphon+versicle content

Add one *-commemoration-antiphon.yml per Common category (14 total,
covering every category used by a propers:null saint) plus two missing
lauds-versicle-common-of-* files (dedication, several women martyrs),
sourced directly from the reference engine's Commune [Ant 2]/[Versum 2]
tags. This is the content half of closing the gap where commemorations
for saints without their own proper file (e.g. St. Lawrence Justinian)
rendered with no antiphon at all.
