propers: add the Terce/Sext/None hymns

Fixed, self-contained text (including each hymn's own final doxology
stanza) — unlike Prime's/Compline's hymns, these don't change by season,
so there's no appendDoxology split. Verified against Divinum Officium
(Monastic Tridentinum 1617).

# Verified against Divinum Officium (Monastic Tridentinum 1617). Fixed
# hymn for None, invariant by season (per explicit user direction) — the
# whole text including its own final doxology stanza is self-contained,
# not run through hymn-doxology.ts the way Prime's/Compline's hymns are.
# Same Latin doxology as Terce/Sext ("Praesta, Pater piissime...") but a
# distinct English translation, matching this hymn's own different meter.

Rerum, Deus, tenax vigor,
Immótus in te pérmanens,
Lucis diúrnæ témpora
Succéssibus detérminans:
Largíre clarum véspere,
Quo vita nusquam décidat,
Sed prǽmium mortis sacræ
Perénnis instet glória.
Præsta, Pater piíssime,
Patríque compar Únice,
Cum Spíritu Paráclito
Regnans per omne sǽculum.
Amen.

O strength and stay upholding all creation,
Who ever dost thyself unmoved abide,
Yet day by day the light in due gradation
From hour to hour through all its changes guide:
Grant to life's day a calm unclouded ending,
An eve untouched by shadows of decay,
The brightness of a holy death-bed blending
With dawning glories of th' eternal day.
Hear us, O Father, gracious and forgiving,
And thou, O Christ, the co-eternal Word,
Who, with the Holy Ghost, by all things living
Now and to endless ages art adored.
Amen.

Rector potens, verax Deus,
Qui témperas rerum vices,
Splendóre mane ínstruis,
Et ígnibus merídiem:
Exstíngue flammas lítium,
Aufer calórem nóxium,
Confer salútem córporum,
Verámque pacem córdium.
Præsta, Pater piíssime,
Patríque compar Únice,
Cum Spíritu Paráclito
Regnans per omne sǽculum.

O God of truth, O Lord of might,
Who orderest time and change aright,
Who send'st the early morning ray,
And light'st the glow of perfect day:
Extinguish thou each sinful fire,
And banish every ill desire;
And while thou keep'st the body whole,
Shed forth thy peace upon the soul.
Almighty Father, hear our cry,
Through Jesus Christ, our Lord most High,
Who, with the Holy Ghost and thee,
Doth live and reign eternally.
Amen.

Come Holy Ghost who ever One
Art with the Father and the Son,
It is the hour, our souls possess
With thy full flood of holiness.
Let flesh and heart and lips and mind
Sound forth our witness to mankind;
And love light up our mortal frame,
Till others catch the living flame.
Almighty Father, hear our cry,
Through Jesus Christ, our Lord most High,
Who, with the Holy Ghost and thee,
Doth live and reign eternally.
Amen.
