Fix stale St. Damasus header comment on octave precedence

Claimed Semiduplex wins outright over the Advent feria with the feria commemorated in return -- true when written, but no longer true after the later octave-wins-class rework. Dec 11 falls inside the Immaculate Conception octave, whose elevated wins:duplex threshold now outranks a plain Semiduplex, so Damasus is actually demoted to a commemoration and the Advent feria keeps the day. No behavior change, found and confirmed live while authoring St. Juan Diego's neighboring entry.
