Move fully-done items out of Minimal-proof-done section into build log

Matins psalmody overrides (all 19 categories), the Commemoratio Octavae/
fixed Lord's-BVM feast exclusions, and the Lauds/Vespers bundle were
completely finished with no open remainder, but still sat in the
"bulk content pending" section. Gave them their own dated done sections
so that section only lists genuinely partial work.
