Add 14 more books to Matins responsory pool, fix 2 dropped entries

User caught jdt (Judith) listed as unseeded despite having real
responsory content directly visible in the reference source -- and
already flagged present in this same session's own citation dump,
never followed up on. Self-audit after that catch found job had also
been extracted earlier this session but never committed to the file.

Added jdt, esth, job, eccl, hab, joel, zeph, obad, jonah, mal, hos, mic,
nah, and lam (Maundy Thursday's own Tenebrae responsories). 33 of 72
bible-plan books now seeded, up from 19.

npm test (2025 passed) and tsc --noEmit pass; live-verified via
getResponsoryForBook resolving real text for every new key.
