Author All Saints' own proper Matins invitatory antiphon

Nov 1 fell through to the generic ferial invitatory antiphon instead of
its own proper text, since neither a matins-invitatory-all-saints.yml
override nor a real Common category existed to catch it. Sourced from
the reference engine's secular Sancti/11-01.txt [Invit] (the Monastic
SanctiM file has no override of its own here).

# Read from web/www/horas/Latin/Sancti/11-01.txt's own [Invit] (the
# Monastic SanctiM/11-01.txt has no override of its own, so the secular
# Sancti text is what actually governs here) and English/Sancti/11-01.txt.
