Add May Matins readings for pre-1955 sanctoral saints

St. Monica, St. Stanislaus, the Apparition of St. Michael, and St.
Eleutherius. St. Monica's Nocturn 3 Gospel+homily reuses the
already-verified Luke 7:11-16 text from post-pentecost-15.yml, the same
pericope her own day's lessons cross-reference.
