Drop St. Hermes from 8/28 sanctoral calendar

He always lost to St. Augustine and, per the generous-commemoration design, only ever surfaced as a commemoration, so removing him from the date list suppresses him entirely. st-hermes.yml and its collect are left in place, restorable by re-adding the list entry.
